Your Counts Stay Yours
What happens to the video, the photos and the numbers, in plain words.
Video stays on your computer
The live count runs in your browser. No video is streamed anywhere.
One still photo per tray
When a tray is still, a photo of the tray alone goes over an encrypted connection to be checked.
Counted in Ontario, stored in Canada
The checker runs on our own computer in Ontario. Counts and photos are stored in Canada.
Only your team
Records are fenced off by pharmacy, so only your pharmacy's own team can see them.
Write once
A saved count is never edited, only voided, and its photo can't be replaced.
No patient names
A record holds the counts, the photo, the Rx number you scan, who saved it and when.
Accuracy checks
How We Keep The Counter Honest
Every tray the checker counts leaves a record of its numbers, and an automatic accuracy check reads them twice a day.
To re-count a sample independently, a copy of a tray photo can be sent to outside AI models. That copy is cut down to the tray, with everything around it blacked out and any writing blurred, and those models may not train on it. The full details, and every service we use, are in the privacy policy.
The fine print
Which Policy Applies
The TabCount AI app runs on NarcCount’s platform, so the NarcCount Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Security page cover it. This website has its own short privacy notice for the request form.
