Checking

A Second Counter On Every Tray

  • The checker

    When the tray is still, a stronger counter checks its photo. Its number becomes the count.

  • Amber where it's unsure

    A tablet it only just counted, or a spot it only just missed, is marked in amber.

  • Doubtful trays are held

    A tray with an amber spot, or one that wasn't checked, is never saved on its own.

  • Watched for accuracy

    Every tray the checker counts leaves a record, and an automatic accuracy check runs twice a day.

Quantities And Big Fills

  • Need 30? It tells you.

    Type the quantity you need. It says Short by 2. Add 2., Over by 1. Remove 1., or Exact.

  • A running total

    Add tray after tray to one count, or take one off. Every tray keeps its own photo.

  • Keyboard first

    Space adds a tray, minus takes one off, Enter saves, Backspace undoes.

Proof

Saved With The Photo

  • Saves when you empty it

    A checked, finished count saves itself when the tray is emptied. Anything unclear waits for Save.

  • Rx number from your scanner

    Scan or type the Rx number. It is saved with the count.

  • History

    Every saved count with its photo, the Rx number, who saved it and when.

  • Never edited

    A saved count can be voided, never changed, and its photo can't be replaced.

  • Stored in Canada

    Counts and photos are stored in Canada and only your pharmacy's team can see them.

  • Unlimited staff

    Everyone at the pharmacy signs in as themselves, so every count says who did it.
