This notice covers tabcount.ca, the website. The TabCount AI app runs on NarcCount’s platform and is covered by the NarcCount Privacy Policy. Both are operated by 1001544035 Ontario Incorporated, in Ontario, Canada.

What This Website Collects

Only what you type into the early-access form: your name, your pharmacy’s name, your work email, your phone number if you give it, your province, how many counting stations you have, and your message.

When you send the form, the email that reaches us also shows the internet address you sent it from and the rough location our hosting provider reports for it (city, region, country), and your browser’s name. We do not store these anywhere else.

What It Does Not Collect

• No cookies.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• No account. There is nothing to sign in to on this website.

How We Use It

Only to reply to your request and to talk with you about TabCount AI. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who Handles It

• Vercel hosts the website. Like any web host, it keeps short-lived technical logs.
• Resend delivers the form to our email.

These services may process data outside Canada.

Ask us to see, correct or delete what you sent: hello@tabcount.ca. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
